Equipment Rental Operation


The Lessee shall be in charge of operating the Unit(s) rented from Priority One Party Rental, L.L.C. (Lessor) and is fully responsible for the operation of the Unit(s) after receiving it from Lessor. Priority One Party Rental, L.L.C has operators available for an additional fee that must be arranged with Priority One Party Rental, L.L.C. at the time of making the reservation. A $75.00 deposit is required to reserve your Rental. For Rentals over $1,000.00, a 20% Down Payment is required. Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express are accepted for Down Payments.


Rental Period, Delivery and Set-up


The duration of the Rental period for Inflatables is about 7 Daylight Hours. We deliver before 12 noon and Pick Up the same day at 7 p.m. May through September and at 6 p.m. in October and April.

The rental of all other items assumes a duration of 3 days - delivery, the day of the event, and pick up.

Priority One Party Rental, L.L.C may deliver the rented equipment any time prior to the stated "Delivery Time" and may pick it up any time after the stated "Pick-Up Time" unless other arrangements have been made with Priority One Party Rental, L.L.C. This includes Delivery 1-2 days before your event and Pick-Up a day or two after your event. If renting an Inflatable, it must be set-up on a flat surface. Electricity is the responsibility of the Lessee within 100 feet of the Unit(s) unless other arrangements have been made with Priority One Party Rental, L.L.C. If electricity is not available, Priority One Party Rental, L.L.C. also rents generators. Inflatables can be set-up on grass or indoors. Inflatables will not be set-up on rocks, gravel, cement or asphalt.


Absolutely no "Silly string" (Will permanently damage Inflatable(s)), gum, candy, food or other sticky substances, sand, wood chips, beads, leaves, grass, sharp objects, or water (other than rain) are allowed in or on the Priority One Party Rental, L.L.C. Inflatable Unit(s). If, upon pick-up, such cleaning is required, then a $100.00 Cleaning Fee shall be automatically imposed. Absolutely no sharp objects are to be worn in or on units. If Unit is returned to Lessor from Lessee with damage, such as cuts or tears, due to neglect or misuse, Lessee is responsible for all costs of professional repairs or replacement of damaged equipment.


Release of Liability


Lessor is NOT responsible for injury occurring to Lessee or to any persons using the leased property. The Lessee further agrees to hold Priority One Party Rental L.L.C. free and harmless against any injury claims or property damage. By accepting these terms you indicate agreement with all the provisions in this lease and acknowledge that you will read, review, and follow all of the General rules posted on the rented equipment for Safe Operation.


Down Payments


Priority One Party Rental ,L.L.C. requires a $75 Down Payment to reserve orders totaling less than $1,000 and a 20% Down Payment to reserve orders totaling more than $1,000.


Inclement Weather Policy


Priority One Party Rental ,L.L.C., at its discretion, may at any time cancel the rental of equipment should weather conditions become unsafe for the equipment and/or its participants. The Lessee is responsible for monitoring weather conditions throughout the time period of their rental duration. No Rainchecks or Refunds will be issued once an Item is delivered. If Priority One Party Rental, L.L.C. determines a cancellation is necessary, we will refund your Down Payment.


Cancellation Policy


Any Tent Rental and/or Package Rental that is cancelled less than 45 days prior to the Rental Date is non-refundable and the Lessee is responsible for the full price of the Rental. All Other Rentals that are cancelled less than 14 days prior to the Rental Date are non-refundable and the Lessee is responsible for the full price of the Rental. Priority One Party Rental, L.L.C. reserves the right to determine if conditions are unsafe or weather constitutes cancellation of a Rental including, but not limited to, Rain, Snow, High Winds and/or Muddy Conditions. If Priority One Party Rental, L.L.C. determines a cancellation is necessary, we will refund your deposit. No Rainchecks or Refunds will be issued once an Item is delivered.


Loss or Damage Policy


Responsibility for All Rental equipment remains with the Lessee from time of delivery to time of pick-up. Please be sure equipment is secure when not in use and is protected from weather. You will be charged for damaged and/or missing items.



Clean/Undamaged Equipment Return Policy

Priority One Party Rental L.L.C. reserves the right to refuse service.
